The restaurant Medieval Times was originally founded in the island Majorca, Spain in 1973. The idea of the restaurant emerged due to the rich heritage of the medieval history in that country and all that it implies. Knights, Andalusian horses, swords, axes, castles and all the implements of that epoch are presented in a show in the restaurant while you are enjoying your food. The owners of the restaurant wanted to expand their business to other places in and out of Spain. This way these restaurants came to the US. Today you can find them in New Jersey, New York, Illinois, South Carolina and in Texas is located in the city of Dallas.
The restaurants are very attractive especially by three aspects. First, all of them has the form of a castle, second, the amazing shows that they present and third, the delicious food that you can enjoy in a place that will transport you to the ancient times of Don Quixote de la Mancha and the duels of the knights. You will also enjoy the equestrian demonstrations of the beautiful Andalusian horses. You will be placed in one of the sides of the restaurant and the staff will tell you which knight you must support. Your dinner in one of these restaurants will be an experience that you will never forget.
